You can report your hire in one of two ways.

Login to UCareerLink and select “Report a Hire” from the left-hand Quick Links Menu and enter your data directly into our system. |

If you do not have a UCareerLink account, you can fill out the Career Services Graduation Survey. Although this form was designed for students, employers may fill it out on behalf of their new hires. Please pay special attention to the Current Employment section of the form. |
No matter which method you choose, we ask that you fill in as much information as possible about each individual.** We will feed this data into our ongoing Who Hires Our Graduates report. This report provides insight into the career paths of some of our graduates and is a wonderful resource for current students who are trying to make decisions about future careers.

**Please Note: Employment and Salary information about our graduates is kept confidential. The data is presented, however, in a manner that is useful to both you and our students. Salary figures that you provide allow us to calculate average salaries for each major, which helps you to judge the "market" and gives students a realistic view of potential salaries.
Salaries are never linked to an individual or company. Company name and job title appear with no salary or employee name attached. This information allows students to get an idea of realistic job titles, and it gets your company's name in front of our students as a potential employer.
